Did you ever get a response to your question about VBAC support groups in UT? I am looking for one.

    Hi Kim,
No I haven’t had any info sent in regarding UT. Please let us know if you come across any supportive doctors, groups, miwives or practices. Thanks!

Dr. Howard Sharp at the U of U (SLC), as well as Dr. Darren Housel at Circle of Life Women’s Center (Ogden) are pro VBAC, and very kind and supportive.

Are you aware of any other dr’s that do v-bac’s in Utah. Neither of these dr’s are on my insurance.

      Hi Annette,
I don’t know of any others doctor’s who are supporitveof VBACs other than those listed, but I”ll send out a request to our subscribers and see if anyone has any information.
Have you checked for a ican (international cesarean awareness network) chapter near you? You can check this site out: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/icanofutah/ and contact the admin – they might have more leads. Let us know if you find any – we’ll add them to our list. Good luck with your VBAC! – Kristine
